How to use TurboTax download 2027 software already purchased

1. Go to the InstallTurboTax.com website and sign in with the same account/email you used when you purchased the software.
2. Open My Downloads / Downloads and locate your purchased TurboTax product.
3. Download the installer for your computer (Windows or Mac).
4. Install TurboTax 2027 and follow the on-screen instructions.
5. Open TurboTax after installation and sign in with the same TurboTax account used for the purchase.
6. If prompted, enter your license code/product activation code from your purchase confirmation.
7. Select Start a New Return or open an existing tax return.
8. Follow the interview questions and enter/import your tax information.
9. When finished, review your return and use TurboTax's available options to print or electronically file your return.
10. If you already downloaded the software but can't find it, check your computer's Downloads folder and your purchase-confirmation email.
